The recipe is homemade and Mr. Doug (as my sons call him) makes them fresh and with a big smile every time! Authentic, delicious, and served hot - these are a hit every single time for adults and kids at our house.

Had these at Appleton October Fest. If you like heavily breaded cheese curds then these are not for you. These cheese curds have a thin crispy encasing. The cheese was warm, stretchy and tastes delicious!
